Michael has more than 15 years experience in project and construction management in Asia. Exposed in variety from corporate banking, finance institution, retail industry, showroom, warehouse and large scale of projects.
He been involve over 15million square feet of construction space experience and built over 40 plus data centers / disaster recovery centers / clean room / equipment rooms for corporate clients with floor area over 300k square feet.

Sam has over 15 years experience in project and construction management. Sam’s key strength lies in his analytical project planning and strategic management of the project process. Throughout his career, Sam has been involved in the planning and implementation of mission critical projects, corporate and institutional banking projects and technically demanding projects from a detailing and programming perspective.

Mei has over 10 years qualified interior decoration budget experiences in China. Her experience in proving comprehensive quantity surveying services for interior fit-out project, procurement of materials, preparation of payment valuations, settlement of contractual claims and final account for project of different nature including private residential development.

Lisa has been involve in the Facility Maintenance in the construction industry more than 10 years. Her experience has been managing over 100+ stores throughout China. She was involve for the regular maintenance issue report by the shop or minor touch up work.

Annie has more than 10 years’ experience in Finance Management with bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Finance Economics or other business related discipline, 10+ years working experience in Finance or Accounting in Multinational Company and Joint-Venture with 3+ years at management level Hold China Accountant / Finance License and good understanding of China accounting tax and legal laws relating to company accounts and submission for InRetail Office.
