James Wong
James is an experienced Project Manager who, over the course of the previous seven years in Hong Kong and ten years in China has gained notable respect in managing the construction of data center and the Mechanical and Electrical installation implementation in IT company, wholesale banking and financial institutions. Besides office renovation experience, James also has extensive experience in New Build project, high requirement retail outlets, historical building restoration, Museum, Exhibition center and Cinema in Hong Kong and Mainland China.
Edwin Hui
Edwin is a qualified building professional graduated from University of New South Wales, Australia holding a Master Degree in Engineering. Edwin with over 15 years extensive experience in China, Hong Kong and Australia. Particularly Edwin has considerable experience in providing comprehensive Project Management Services for interior fitting-out project, retail roll out project, residential development, shopping centre refurbishment and civil work.
Michael Wong
Michael has more than 15 years experience in project and construction management in Asia. Exposed in variety from corporate banking, finance institution, retail industry, showroom, warehouse and large scale of projects.
He been involve over 15million square feet of construction space experience and built over 40 plus data centers / disaster recovery centers / clean room / equipment rooms for corporate clients with floor area over 300k square feet.
Sam Yu
Sam has over 15 years experience in project and construction management. Sam’s key strength lies in his analytical project planning and strategic management of the project process. Throughout his career, Sam has been involved in the planning and implementation of mission critical projects, corporate and institutional banking projects and technically demanding projects from a detailing and programming perspective.
Mei Mei
Mei has over 10 years qualified interior decoration budget experiences in China. Her experience in proving comprehensive quantity surveying services for interior fit-out project, procurement of materials, preparation of payment valuations, settlement of contractual claims and final account for project of different nature including private residential development.
Lisa Du
Lisa has been involve in the Facility Maintenance in the construction industry more than 10 years. Her experience has been managing over 100+ stores throughout China. She was involve for the regular maintenance issue report by the shop or minor touch up work.
Annie Yu
Annie has more than 10 years’ experience in Finance Management with bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Finance Economics or other business related discipline, 10+ years working experience in Finance or Accounting in Multinational Company and Joint-Venture with 3+ years at management level Hold China Accountant / Finance License and good understanding of China accounting tax and legal laws relating to company accounts and submission for InRetail Office.
